I am having trouble viewing the INTERNET CAMPUS Video Streams.
*****If you can’t see the Internet Campus player, please close the player window and relaunch. Also please relaunch the player if you have no sound.*****
On both PC and Mac platforms, we utilize the Adobe Flash Player plug-in (http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/). If you already have this installed, please make sure you are using the most current version, or download it free here. All browsers across both platforms should be compatible, but we do recommend the Mozilla Firefox browser (http://www.mozilla.com/) for the best viewing experience. If after installing both these programs, you still have problems with our site, please email internetcampus@mcleanbible.org.
My video is choppy. Is the problem on my end?
If your video is choppy, it probably means you have a slow internet connection. To test your internet connection speed, go to (http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest). If your connection is less than 1,000 Kbps, you will probably experience some choppiness with the high bandwidth option. Try using either the Medium Bandwidth or Low Bandwidth (Audio Only) option. If you are plugged into a ground line, you will likely get a faster connection than picking up a wireless signal.
Note: If your video freezes, try restarting your window.
I think I am clicking on the correct link, but nothing happens. What do I do?
Our campus allows us to utilize several different interactive elements – many of which appear in a pop-up window. If your browser has pop-up blocking enabled, you may experience problems accessing different aspects of our campus. If you suspect your pop-up blocker may be the problem, simply deactivate it and try again.
If you have any other questions, please email internetcampus@mcleanbible.org.
